As the Small Business Initiative Regional Lead for Northern Colorado I am here to support all AANHPI businesses in Colorado, regardless of membership status. With over 12 years of experience at Wells Fargo, where I specialized in helping small businesses and individuals protect and grow their wealth, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for financial empowerment to my role. Additionally, as a franchise owner myself, I understand firsthand the challenges and rewards of running a small business.
This initiative offers personalized 1-on-1 business counseling to address the unique challenges of our entrepreneurs and business owners. Creating awareness and generating statistical information are the key drivers to help support the Asian community better by:
- Building a small business directory of entrepreneurs & business owners that serves as a valuable resource to connect, partner, and learn
- 1-on-1 business counseling
- Marketing opportunities
- Small business training & educational resources
- Networking opportunities
- Connections to trusted services and partners
Thus far for 2025 we’ve establish partnerships with various economic development offices, non-profit organizations, many business and individuals to help provide local resources, opportunities, and awareness to what the Asian Chamber Of commerce is doing. New connections with organizations such as Heart & Sol from Loveland, Hua Xing Chinese school of Fort Collins, as well key individuals like Karen Wong-Brown of United Workforce are valuable channels to help spread awareness of our mission. I am always on the road meeting new businesses/individuals and attending local events & festivals to provide a presence and support anyone that is looking for our support.
Moving forward I hope to build on these newly built relationships to support their missions and values and bring the resources of the Asian Chamber of Commerce to the Northern Colorado Asian Communities. Monthly networking events and newsletters are in the works for 2026 to help continue a successful start to the SBI-Northern Colorado program.
