This Program Manager position works within the Business Funding and Incentives (BF&I) division of OEDIT and is responsible for the management of the Advanced Industries Investment Tax Credit. This position has responsibility for the program applications which sit on a Salesforce platform. The program manager is engaged with the angel investing and startup communities as well as industry associations in order to understand the ecosystem and to facilitate investments in advanced industries startups through the tax credit.
The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented self-starter, with experience in program development or management. The individual is organized and collaborative with cross-functional partners. The candidate is skilled at managing multiple responsibilities and has a high degree of integrity and accountability, and is committed to developing public programs with an equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) lens.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least three years of experience in program administration including detailed business processes and financial analysis

Or, Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a closely related field and one year of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in government program administration including interpreting and implementing legislation.

Experience in fund raising for and/or conducting due diligence on a startup company.

Experience working in a business accelerator.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Annually
