    Job Description
    Z Casinos & Maverick Gaming™ is dedicated to creating the best possible gaming experiences for every kind of player and currently owns and operates a portfolio of 27 properties across Nevada, Washington and Colorado with a total of 1800 slot machines, 350 table games, 1020 hotel rooms and 30 restaurants.
    Department Work Description:
    HVAC and/or electrical experience required. Will use supervise building maintenance engineers and use technical skills to service, repair, replace and protect the physical assets of the casinos. Must be able to work safely and effectively alone or with others. Work schedule will include weekends. Work schedule will be adjusted to accommodate business demands.
    1. Proactively takes responsibility and performs engineering maintenance and repair. Uses technical skills to efficiently service, repair, replace and protect the physical assets of the casinos.
    2. Monitors all engineering equipment to ensure the safety and comfort of casino customers and employees.
    3. Responds promptly to requests for engineering assistance. 
    4. Maintains clean equipment and equipment rooms.
    5. Ensures that daily work logs are accurate and current.
    6. Keeps all equipment operating properly. 
    7. Snow removal in all areas at all properties.
    8. Develops and maintains a positive relationship with guests and coworkers.
    9. Wears and maintains all uniforms properly.
    10. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Uses any necessary safety equipment.
    11. Follows security policies and procedures. Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.  
    12. Performs other duties as directed.
    13. Flexible schedule that includes evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
    Language Skills:
    Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate with employees and customers in English.  
    Ability to read and write simple email in English.   
    Mathematical Skills:   
    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. 
    Reasoning Ability: 
    Ability to organize and prioritize work.
    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
    A Colorado Limited Gaming Support License is required.
    Colorado Drivers License and good driving record are required.
    Physical Demands:
    Constant brisk walking, setting up and climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and standing for an entire work shift, with standard breaks.  Working in confined areas, with floors, which are or may become slippery. Lifting up to 75 pounds to move supplies and equipment.  
    Work Environment:
    Working indoor and outdoor, which is subject to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions and frequently high noise levels. May work at heights up to 30 feet.
    Materials and Equipment Directly Used:
    Various engineering or trade related equipment, including hand and power tools, Stationary power tools, and potentially hazardous chemicals including cleaners, snow and ice removal equipment including pickup trucks, skid steer, forklift, man lift.  
    Pay: $24/hr-$28hr D.O.E.
